At Kid Kare
Home Daycare; our doors open at 7:30 am. I anxiously
await
the children’s arrival with big smiles and happy to be
at sue Sue' Sue’s.
From there the
kids are off to choose the activities they wish to do. I believe
children learn best through play and that is what I do.... I make
learning fun and interesting by using several different avenues. We
utilize the mid morning for project time. We incorporate lots of
arts and crafts, learning activities, music and games. A morning
snack is served at this time. Our schedule is structured but
flexible enough to meet the individual needs of each child. My work
is Childs Play and I LOVE IT!
My program
consists of Crafts: color, cut, paste, paint; Music:
singing, dancing, and games; Story Time: books, story tapes,
and telling our own stories; Parties: Holidays and birthdays,
Sharing: ideas, toys and treats; Exercise: Outdoor play, exercise,
swimming; Preschool: Learning activities ABC’S, 123'S, Colors, Shapes
and puzzles; Theme Dress-up Days such as Husker Day.
No Match Day,
Backwards day, and
much more.
Our nap/quiet
time is scheduled between 1:00 - 3:00 PM followed by afternoon snack
and free play. Our day comes to a close around 5pm. Thank you for
